Newest first. Updates are free, like the rest of Zharp.
0.11.0 August 2026
Added
A fresh new look: Zharp's redesigned icon and logo, everywhere in the app - and the logo now adapts to your theme.
0.10.1 August 2026
Changed
History panel polish: it opens showing your newest command, stays open and docked while you zoom or resize, and positions itself correctly in every input mode - including fresh tabs.
Works with decorated prompts: right-aligned clocks and similar prompt extras no longer confuse the history panel or command tracking.
0.10.0 August 2026
Added
Command history at your fingertips: press Up on an empty prompt and a panel rises from the input bar with your recent commands - shared across all tabs and shells, remembered between sessions, with the folder and time of every run. Navigate or hover to preview a command right at the prompt, Enter to run it, Esc to dismiss. Drag the panel's header to resize it, and use "This folder" to see only commands you ran in the current directory.
Changed
Clicking the tab list no longer steals typing focus from the terminal.
0.9.2 August 2026
Changed
No more white flash when opening the app or restoring it from the taskbar - the window now matches your theme from the very first frame.
0.9.1 August 2026
Changed
Switching tabs quickly could leave the terminal unresponsive to clicks until the next switch - fixed.
No more brief white flash when closing the window.
0.9.0 August 2026
Added
Live AI agent status: while Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex, Gemini CLI or Aider works in a tab, the sidebar shows its live progress - what it's doing, elapsed time and tokens - and a green "Done" when it finishes.
Agent tabs now carry the tool's real logo and full name, in its brand color.
Launching an agent is detected instantly from the command you run, even when the tool renames the window.
0.8.0 August 2026
Added
Session tabs now show what you're doing: a new tab starts as "New session" and then always displays the last command you ran in it. The shell name moved into the tab's hover card.
More AI assistants get their own tab badge while they run: alongside Claude Code, Zharp now recognizes OpenCode, Codex, Gemini CLI and Aider - each with its own color.
Changed
Sidebar polish: more balanced spacing on session tabs, and the close button appears only when you hover a tab.
0.7.1 August 2026
Changed
Refined, lighter icons throughout the app.
0.7.0 August 2026
Added
Update badge: when a new version is available, a subtle pill appears in the title bar. One click takes you straight to the updater, already set to install.
0.6.0 August 2026
Added
Blocks: every command and its output now form one block. Hover a block for its actions menu (or right-click anywhere), jump between blocks with Ctrl+Up / Ctrl+Down, collapse long outputs, and highlight a block with a click.
Copy exactly what you need from a block: just the command, just the output, the whole block, or a Markdown snippet ready to share.
Find within block: search inside any block with match case and regular expressions (Ctrl+Shift+G).
The command input sits in its own bar with clear separation from the output, in all three input positions.
All new block shortcuts are rebindable in Settings > Shortcuts.
0.5.0 August 2026
Added
Zharp now checks for updates automatically and notifies you when a new version is ready to install.
0.4.0 August 2026
Added
Continue where you left off: Zharp reopens the tabs from your previous session on launch - same shells, same folders, same active tab. You can turn this off in Settings > Shell > Startup.
0.3.1 August 2026
Changed
Automatic updates are now more reliable: the app always finds and downloads the correct Windows installer for new releases.
0.3.0 August 2026
Added
Input position, selectable in Settings > Appearance: start at the top (classic), pinned to the bottom, or pinned to the top
In the pinned modes, every command and its output render as a block section, with the input holding your chosen edge
Appearance page upgrades: preview cards for input position, cursor styles with glyph previews, and a font picker where every font renders in its own face
Hairline border under the title bar
0.2.0 August 2026
Added
Zharp now updates itself: when a new version is available you get a Windows notification, and the app downloads the update, installs it and restarts for you.
